We do not offer Returns or exchanges at this time.
All sales are final.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Sharing files

here will be a fee charged for any artwork that is needing to be done on a preexisting logo.

The starting fee is $20 for business logos, but is subject to change depending on amount of time needed.

If you paid for your logo, and the quality is low, it will reflect in printing!

If the image was not pressed on the garment, you will be responsible for $5/print/image

If the garment is completed and you are not happy with the image using the graphic you(the customer) provided, you will still be responsible for 50% of the total cost of each item completed.

-I will refund the difference if payment has already been received

If you at this point would like your items completed with a high quality graphic, the initial $20 will be added to your invoice as well as other remaining balances.

I hate having to add these fees, but the amount of time I have spent having to redo someone else’s artwork is insane.

This will not include files that are able to be sent via canva, as I can pull those graphics directly and are easier to work with.
